A Brief Explanation ---
The new pricing system is divided into 4 parts, or "tiers". The lower-tier prices provide access to tarot services for those with lower economic flexibility, the middle tier is the price for folks with a little more economic flexibility, while our higher-tier prices give those with higher incomes the ability to pay more and makes it possible for the folks in the other tiers to have that more affordable for them price.
The fourth tier is the "I really want to support the work you're doing and I want to show you financially, and I also want other people who can't afford it to have a free or lower cost reading"
This ensures that class inequality does not prevent anyone from accessing any offerings Afromajick has, while also recognizing that people with more economic flexibility and wealth can carry more weight.
Choose Tier 1 if you fit the description of the bottle on the right.
Choose Tier 2 if you fit the description of the middle bottle.
Choose Tier 3 if you fit the description of the bottle on the left.
Choose Tier 4 if you want to pay an amount that will aid directly another person getting a reading or services.
Or Keep it Simple -- Choose the price that works for you in the pulldown menu when you book.
If NONE of those prices work for you, email me — I do take barter arrangements or you can propose a price you can afford right now.
Reparative Pricing
At least 15 minutes before the reading, I will be sitting, getting in touch with my guides and getting my energy in a receptive place to connect with the messages we are about to listen to. I raise my vibration and tune in with crystals and speak with the cards to get any residual messages cleared before our conversation. I also listen to my crystals, as sometimes one or more asks to come as representatives of you or perhaps to add their energy to yours for healing or other kinds of energy working.
I cleanse the space I read in with Florida Water and I cleanse my hands too. Washing them first then spraying them with Florida water before I touch the cards.
WHAT HAPPENS BEFORE A READING?
Also about 15 minutes before we start, I suggest that you sit, get quiet and relaxed and tune in to yourself and your breathing. Consider the issues you are concerned about, or the people or situations you want more clarity on. Gather things to write on, you will want to remember certain details later. If you have a favorite incense or candle, light them. Make sure you have privacy and won't be interrupted. Note - if you purchase a Premium Reading a separate emailed ritual will be sent..
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE?
Like a conversation. This means that you must be prepared to participate also. It's not like readings in the movies where a person sits passive, waiting for something to happen. I will at first chat with you -- just to feel a bit of how our energy works together and then I will ask you to talk -- YES YOU! -- while I shuffle. These readings happen almost exclusively remotely so I am shuffling in your place. It takes a few minutes for the connection to be solid. You don't have to "give away" anything, you can talk about whatever you like, so long as I can have a tendril of energy to connect us.
Another note, if we start the reading and it "doesn't feel right" or "doesn't sound like" you or your life, PLEASE do you not hesitate to let me know. I want this experience to be really good for you! You are paying for this, participating in this and that is important. I don't want to sit through a shitty reading anymore than you do! So let me know, and we will re-calibrate.

CAN I TRADE, BARTER OR MIX PAYMENT WITH GOODS/SERVICES? CAN I CONTRIBUTE TO ANOTHER PERSON HAVING A READING WHO CAN'T AFFORD IT BUT NEEDS ONE?
Bartering is ancient, it's human, it's revolutionary and I am all for it. Are you someone with a skill set or a small business? Are you someone who simply likes to do things in a different way? We can make a deal. I also have made a list of items on Amazon that can be traded for readings and services with a $10 leeway for readings/services over $50 or for combining with cash/credit payments.
Contribution is human and expansive. Contribution from individuals makes the whole not only function, but makes the whole better for the fertile energy it produces. You can add to the price of your reading purchase to allow someone else who can't afford it right now to have access. You can purchase readings specifically for another person you feel needs it.
